Conference Passes and Session Choices
The full conference registration fee includes a kick-off reception (Sunday night), breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, a BBQ Social (Monday night) and various handouts to be received at the conference.

One-day registrations include conference sessions, breakfast, refreshment breaks and lunch specific to that day and a pass to the BBQ Social (Monday night).  One Day registrations do not include the kick-off reception (Sunday night).  There is no registration for Wednesday only.

Dinner on Tuesday evening is on your own.

Please indicate if you are interested in reserving a spot for hands-on sessions.  There is a limited number seats available for all hands-on sessions.

Parking
You do not need to purchase a parking pass if you are staying in residence.  You will be given a parking pass when you check-in.  If you are not staying in residence, passes are available for a reduced daily fee and can be selected on your registration form.  Daily parking on campus is $16 per day CAN if not purchased through the conference.  Parking passes are not required for weekends and evenings.

On-Campus Accommodation
You may register for on-campus accommodation through the Office of Open Learning, University of Guelph at the time of conference registration.  Please indicate your preferred room type, check in and out dates and roommate name(s) if applicable.  Early-bird prices for select room types are available until July 7, 2006.  After this date, regular rates apply to all room types.

Registration
You may register for parking, on-campus accommodation, conference passes, spousal passes and ground transportation Tuesday evening conveniently on one registration form.  If you would like to add to your registration options after your registration has been sent or make changes to your session choices, please submit your request in writing to info@open.uoguelph.ca or fax: (519) 767-1114.  Please contact the Office of Open Learning, University of Guelph at (519) 767-5000 if you have any questions.

Registration is not confirmed unless accompanied by the appropriate fee.  Payment must be received by the earlybird date (May 26th, 2006) in order to receive the reduced rate.  All registrations must be paid in full prior to the conference start date.
