How to register for Tuesday Night Bus Tours:

How to register if you are a presenter:
Lead presenters are entitled to a complimentary conference pass. Please use a downloadable registration form to fill out and fax to the
Office of Open Learning at (519) 767-1114. Please indicate that you are the "Primary Presenter" on this form and do not include payment for your complimentary
full conference pass.
Co-presenters are entitled to a reduced conference rate of US$175 or CDN$205. When filling out the online registration form
there will be a designated area that states whether or not you are a co-presenter. Please check the appropriate box to be entitled to your reduced conference fee.
Please note that all registration sheets will be double checked manually by the Office of Open Learning to ensure accuracy. The Office of Open Learning, University
of Guelph will contact you in advance of the conference to confirm the details of your presentation. If you have any questions, please contact Erin Moore, Program

Register with Purchase Order
Registrations by purchase order can be submitted by mail and fax. Please use the downloadable registration form available in PDF format.

Cancellation Policy
The conference registration deadline is July 14, 2006. If you need to cancel your registration, a full refund will be issued if a written request is received by June 30,
2006. Those who cancel by written request from June 30 to July 14, 2006 will be charged a $40.00 CDN cancellation fee. No refunds are available after July 14,
2006. Those who register, but do not attend will not receive a refund. If you are unable to attend, you may send a colleague in your place, if written notification
is forwarded in advance. We reserve the right to substitute speakers, make scheduling adjustments or cancel sessions if necessary. Please forward your request for
cancellation to the Office of Open Learning at info@open.uoguelph.ca or fax: (519) 767-1114.
