  As part of the Product Development department, Product Designer Co-ops work with Product Management to create functional specifications and product designs that are consistent with established design patterns, and meet with usability and accessibility standards. The Product Designer Co-ops support Development and Quality Assurance to ensure that the requirements and designs are implemented and any changes are reflected in the documentation.

  Quality Assurance Analysts at Desire2Learn use every trick and resource at their disposal to try and break our eLearning platform. The successful candidate will employ testing techniques on software components as they are developed, ensuring that the solutions are practical, stable, and user-friendly. As part of the Product Development department, QA Analysts work closely with their fellow product team developers and designers, in a collaborative and open environment. While this position does not involve programming of our products, it could include development or writing drivers and scripts to expedite the testing process.
