
The Inside Sales Executive performs sales functions within a geographic sales region. Following up on leads generated from multiple sources, including outbound marketing, the Inside Sales Exec manages the sales process. They work as part of a dedicated team with Senior Enterprise Sales Executives to achieve revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
They are required to serve potential clients as an application administrator, performing demonstrations, and are a key resource for potential clients within the sales process, evaluation process, or running pilots with Desire2Learn. This position is an integral part of the sales team providing essential results by managing customer needs and expectations, customer application needs, and core processes of the sales approach utilizing solution selling methodologies. The Inside Sales Executive position provides a challenging career opportunity as well as career paths within Desire2Learn.
