We are looking for savvy, experienced software developers to help create and improve our suite of advanced communication and collaboration tools for e-Learning. We want leading-edge people who intrinsically understand social applications and the power of the network effect, how to use the web as a platform and the technology behind it all.
Successful individuals will be excellent coders with keen design skills and a passion for technology. They will also have practical experience working on software projects, having used formal methodologies and development environments in previous jobs.

Type of Position: Full-time
Location: Kitchener, Ontario
Main Duties:
- Writing web applications and components
- Designing software using design patterns and best practices
- Writing and reviewing technical specifications
- Troubleshooting, performing problem analysis and fixing bugs
- Software testing
Work Experience Recommendations:
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- 1+ years of experience with web technologies (JavaScript, AJAX, CSS)
- 1+ years of experience with C#, .NET and Microsoft tools and technologies
- 1+ years of experience with T-SQL in SQL Server 2005
- Experience dealing with web application performance is considered an asset
- Experience in the development of commercial applications is considered an asset
Education Recommendations:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required
