Desire2Learn Edge Challenge 2013

Desire2Learn and our partners believe in advancing great ideas. We want to give post-secondary students a chance to shape the future of learning in new and exciting ways. For this year's Edge Challenge, we've kept things simple:

  1. Register

Register a team of up to five post-secondary students.
  2. Build

Build an app (web, mobile or desktop - your choice!) that improves any aspect of the educational experience. Something you're passionate about. Something you believe in.

  3. Submit

Submit your app for review! Pitch Video due November 11th. Final Video & Application due December 16th. See competition Terms for complete submission requirements.

Students

The Edge Challenge competition is an innovative opportunity to participate in educational events with post-secondary students from a variety of disciplines and schools. It's a meeting of the next great minds in EdTech and a chance to use your education in a real-world context.

Instructors

Keep the Edge Challenge in mind as you plan your capstone and project courses for the Fall semester. Your students will participate in educational events, get exposure to e-Learning leaders, and apply what they've learned in the classroom to the challenge at hand.
