The Partner Account Manager is a dedicated resource assigned to Select and Premier Partners as a single point of contact for interaction with Desire2Learn.
As well as being the single point of contact for partners, the Partner Account Manager is responsible for assisting partners to engage in Partner Network programs and benefits, business planning and managing the coordination and completion of all joint projects.
The Partner Network Welcome Kit supports partners who have aligned with Desire2Learn, and contains materials necessary for partners to get off to a successful start in the Partner Network.
Communication is vital to any relationship, and the Partner Network is committed to helping partners stay connected via the Partner Connect! newsletter. Partner Connect! includes relevant news and information about Desire2Learn, the Partner Network and the eLearning community.
The Desire2Learn Partner Community is about much more than just the latest news. The Desire2Learn Partner Community was established to encourage partner-to-partner networking, gain program feedback directly from partners, communicating program and software developments, developing the partner community, and posting technical documentation.

Professional Services Support Hours is a pay-for benefit available to partners with technical and content resources requirements outside of the regular Integration or Compatibility Programs. Partners will have the opportunity to purchase "Hours" for consultation at partner rates.
The purpose of the Awareness and Lead Generation Program is to help Desire2Learn and partners capitalize on the market impact of completed technical integration and compatibility projects.
The Awareness and Lead Generation Program is a customized marketing based program that is only available to partners who have successfully completed a technical integration or compatibility project. Partners will have the opportunity to work with Desire2Learn marketing staff and develop the right marketing mix.
Generating a buzz is an important part of partnerships. That is why Desire2Learn is committed to announcing to the eLearning industry new partnerships and completed technical projects through joint press releases.
As an added benefit to partners who achieve success with Desire2Learn and the Partner Network, we offer the opportunity to highlight their accomplishments in the Horizon quarterly newsletter that is distributed to all of our clients.

Partner sales teams are offered virtual training to better understand the Desire2Learn Enterprise eLearning Suite and help support sales initiatives.
